PUBLIC NOTICE 23227 INVITATION TO BID The City of Osage Beach is soliciting sealed bids for OSAGE BEACH ROAD IMPROVEMENTS Project. Sealed bids will be accepted at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1000 City Parkway, Osage Beach, Missouri, 65065 until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2024. Please indicate on the outside of the envelope the following: SEALED BID: OSAGE BEACH ROAD IMPROVEMENTS.   Plans and specifications are on file for review at Osage Beach City Hall 1000 City Parkway Osage Beach, MO. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from City Hall after payment of a non-refundable sum of $50 (Fifty Dollars) for each complete set. An additional charge will be assessed for shipping of bidding documents.   SCOPE OF WORK   The work of this contract includes removal of existing features along Osage Beach Road. Overlay and widening of existing roadway approximately 2320 feet long with 2-foot wide concrete curb and gutter. Project includes grading, lighting, storm sewer, concrete driveway approaches, utility service relocations and sidewalks. Work shall include any other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom.   The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and to award the contract on that basis. All Bidders must agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the City for any damage or claim brought by any Bidder because of such rejection, nor shall the Bidder seek any recourse of any kind against the City because of such rejection. The filing of any Bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Bidder to these conditions.   All disputes under this contract and any litigation resulting under this contract shall be filed, tried, remain and be ultimately resolved in the Circuit Court of Camden or Miller County on any appeal therefrom within the courts of the State of Missouri.
