With the postseason just around the corner, School of the Osage showed some promising results in the regular season finale on home links at Osage National Golf Club Thursday night.

The Indians hosted Blair Oaks and Waynesville and won the 9-hole triangular decisively with a team scorecard of 170, besting the Falcons who turned in a 191 and Tigers who shot a 232 collectively.

"We had a great night with our best team score for the season," Osage coach Travis Squire pointed out. "Sophia Sindlinger had her best and Osage's best 9-hole round of the year and both Greta Cooks and Sydney Riley also had their best rounds for the year. It is good to see the girls turning in good scores as we approach districts in a week and a half."

Sindlinger claimed the title of match medalist for the Indians with a card of 35, good for one-under-par. Cooks shot a 44, Hannah Maschhoff turned in a round of 45, Riley added a 46 and Kaylie Clark finished the day with a 58.

Osage will now turn its attention to district play at Southern Boone.
