Vehicle totaled after overturning in Morgan County crash

A Rocky Mount driver was moderately injured in a crash Saturday afternoon after her car overturned.

Shanea M. Mitchell, 33, was driving her 2001 Ford Explorer on Route Y northbound when she ran off the left side of the roadway and overturned. Mitchell suffered moderate injuries in the crash and was transported to Lake Regional. 

She was wearing a safety device at the time of the accident. The vehicle was totaled.
