Memorial Tournament, May 4

The 5th annual Travis Butts Memorial Tournament will be held at 9 a.m. at the Eldon Golf Club. Cost is $75 per player or $300 for a team. Entry fee includes green fee/cart fee, tea prize, lunch, one Mulligan per person and two drink tickets.

Greg Gagnon Memorial Tournament, May 10

The Greg Gagnon Memorial Golf Tournament will be held at The Oaks golf course located Margaritaville Lake Resort on May 10. Cost is $150 per golfer, which includes a $50 gift card to The Oaks Pro Shop, greens fees, box lunch and dinner and “Pick Your Prize” raffle. Registration, lunch, complimentary range balls and a putting contest begin at 11 a.m. followed by a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Proceeds benefit the Lake Ozark Rotary Club and are, in turn, used for scholarships for local high school students, Boys’ and Girls’ State, and numerous organizations around the Lake that benefit children and their families.

If you can’t play but would like to help the Lake Ozark Rotary Club, you can also be a hole sponsor for $150, and there are four sponsorship levels, Platinum ($1,000), Gold ($500), Silver ($250) and Bronze ($100) each with varying benefits including golf, lunch, dinner, drinks, etc., for one, two, or four people.

Carts Fore Vets, May 18

PGA Hope and the Miller County VFW Post 2442 host the annual Carts Fore Vets tournament at 9 a.m. Cost is $300 a team or $75 per player for the four-person scramble. Play is limited to the first 36 teams to sign up and play. Proceeds go to help golf facilities equip themselves for disabled veterans and to the PGA HOPE Program.

Kids’ Harbor Tournament, May 27

Held on Memorial Day, this four-person scramble benefits Kids’ Harbor, a child advocacy center. Lunch and registration starts at noon with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Cost is $100 and includes 18 holes with cart, lunch and all proxies and mulligans.

Shrine Club and Knights of Columbus tournament, June 1

The Lake of the Ozarks Shrine Club and the local Knights of Columbus present a special four-person scramble at the Eldon Country Club June 1. Tee off will be at 1 p.m. Proceeds benefit the organization’s cooperative mission to assist those in need.

Cost is $75 to enter before May 18, or $80 after. The tournament will also include several golfing skills contests such as closest to the hole, longest drive and putting contests.

Rain date is June 2.

The Lake of the Ozarks Shrine Club was founded in 1959. Since then more than 940 Lake area youth have been served by the local club paying for all related costs for their medical treatment such as travel, lodging, meals until the child is well or 21 years of age.

Shootout Tournament, June 2 

The annual Shootout Benefit Golf Tournament will be held June 2 at Lake Valley Country Club in Camdenton. Registration and lunch is at 11:30 a.m., followed by a 1 p.m. shotgun. Awards will follow play. Hole-in-one prizes, proxies and on-course events will be held. Cost is $125 per player with sponsorships available.

HK’s Golf Tournament, June 8 & 9

The annual HK’s Hospital Benefit Golf Tournament will be held at The Lodge of Four Seasons. Cost is $295 and includes a Saturday golf clinic at The Club at Porto Cima, two passes to Saturday’s Pairing Party and Live Auction, 18-holes green fees and cart, tournament and course prizes, on-course refreshments, and an awards reception.

Father’s Day 3-Person Scramble, June 15 & 16

The Eldon Golf Club hosts a Father’s Day Scramble with a double shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Cost is $180 per team. Skins and mulligans available for purchase. Cart rental is $45/team.
