Osage blanked by Eugene
School of the Osage visited Eugene Thursday night and the host Eagles did not make it a pleasant visit as they sent the Indians home with a 10-0 defeat in six innings.
After a scoreless first inning, Eugene put up five runs in the second and that was more than enough as they added three more in the fifth and two in the sixth.
Osage's Carly Ward and Aly Baker picked up the lone hits for the Indians and Ward started the game in the circle, allowing five runs on three hits while striking out a single batter in 1 1/3 innings of work. Gamm finished the night out and the pitcher gave up five runs on six hits while walking two and striking out two in 3 2/3 innings of relief.
