A Lebanon woman was seriously injured early Friday morning when her vehicle traveled off Highway 5 and overturned.

A Lebanon woman was seriously injured early Friday morning when her vehicle traveled off Highway 5 and overturned. 

A Missouri State Highway Patrol report states that Carly Reed, 28, failed to negotiate a curve as she was traveling southbound on Highway 5 and her Saturn Vue crossed the center of the road and traveled off the left side, colliding with the ground and overturning. The incident took place approximately 443 feet north of Standing Rock Road. Reed was transported to Lake Regional Hospital by Mercy Ambulance. 

The Saturn Vue was reported as totaled and was towed from the scene.
