The City of Osage Beach will resume public meetings in June, but with restrictions, to maintain our priority of health and safety for our employees and the public. Public meetings include the Board of Aldermen, Planning and Zoning, Board of Zoning Adjustment, Liquor Control, as well as Municipal Court.
Meetings will be set up for limited seating to properly social distance and attendees will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and temperature. Live video access via Zoom will be provided for those not in attendance. In an effort to provide for public input, public questions and comments will be accepted prior to the meeting and will be made part of the public process.
Lobbies will be open to the public May 26, 2020, with similar restrictions. The number of persons in any lobby will be limited and social distancing practices enforced. Any persons requiring a meeting with city staff within secure areas will be asked a series of COVID-19 related questions and be required to have their temperature taken.
