A Camdenton and Sunrise Beach man received minor injuries from an accident involving an overturned vehicle on Route F Monday morning.

A Camdenton and Sunrise Beach man received minor injuries from an accident involving an overturned vehicle on Route F Monday morning. 

According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 25-year-old driver David Payne of Sunrise Beach was heading northbound on Route F, just south of Route MM, when his vehicle failed to respond to a curve and traveled off the left side of the roadway where it struck a sign and overturned before coming to a rest upright. 

According to the report, 20-year-old Christian Emley of Sunrise Beach and 19-year-old Dominic Sylvester of Camdenton were passengers in the vehicle and were transported to Lake Regional Hospital to treat minor injuries from the accident. Payne was reported to have no injuries and all three were wearing safety devices. 

The vehicle was listed as totaled and was towed from the scene.
