Churches around the Lake area are finding ways to continue services during the COVID-19 pandemic and that is not about to change with Easter on the horizon this Sunday.

Churches around the Lake area are finding ways to continue services during the COVID-19 pandemic and that is not about to change with Easter on the horizon this Sunday.

Practicing social distancing in the fight against the spread of the virus, churches are offering services online and on social media platforms such as Facebook, offering drive-thru services and other non-traditional methods to get their messages out.

Here are what some of the churches around the Lake area are offering this Easter Sunday:

-Sunrise Bible Church will hold a drive-in Easter Worship at 9:30 a.m. Sunday in the church parking lot. The service will broadcast via the Sunrise Bible Church Facebook page and FM Radio.

-Ozark Chapel United Methodist Church in Laurie is hosting a free drive-in Easter Worship service at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday. There is a speaker/PA system and the church also transmits short-range on 92.1 FM. There will also be live streaming on Facebook.

-First Baptist Church in Camdenton will be streaming its service on YouTube starting at 9 a.m. Visit Pastor Cody Harlow’s channel, Cody Harlow, to see the service where discussion groups begin at 10:15 a.m. and a Teen Talk will be held at 6 p.m. on Zoom.

-The Potter’s House of Camdenton has been streaming online on YouTube. The channel is the Potters House of Camdenton and Sunday service starts at 10 a.m.

-The Church at Osage Hills in Osage Beach will be streaming Easter services online. Visit https://live.osagehills.org, The Church at Osage Hills YouTube channel, The Church at Osage Hills Facebook page or the free app at https://osagehills.org/app. There will be a Saturday service at 6 p.m., and services on Sunday scheduled for 9 a.m., 10:45 a.m. and 6 p.m.

-Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lake Ozark will be streaming masses Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at 8:30 p.m. and Sunday at 10 a.m. Visit https://ourladylake.diojeffcity.org/ for all live streams.

-Christ the King Lutheran Church in Lake Ozark has been posting videos of sermons at vimeo.com/ctklo and sharing them on the Christ the King Lutheran Church Facebook page.

-The Ninth Street Christian Church in Eldon is holding services online on Easter Sunday and through the month of April at 10 a.m. Services can be viewed at ninthstreetcc.com/media or the Ninth Street Christian Church YouTube channel. -Kent Memorial Lutheran Church in Sunrise Beach is hosting services on Zoom.us. For the link to join the worship service, call the church at 573-374-5267. A service will be held on Good Friday, April 10, at 6 p.m. and the Easter service will start at 9:30 a.m.

-St. Patrick Catholic Church, 176 Marian Dr, Laurie, MO 65037. Watch the Tridumm and Easter Sunday Mass Live-streamed through Facebook at the below links.
