Frank Roman Steiner, son of Roman and Irma Sorge Steiner, was born December 11, 1957 in Longueil, Quebec.

Frank Roman Steiner, son of Roman and Irma Sorge Steiner, was born December 11, 1957 in Longueil, Quebec. He departed this life March 5, 2020, in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of sixty-two years.

On April 12, 1980 in the United Methodist Church in Camdenton, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Christine Gilbert and to this union three daughters were born. Together they shared forty years of marriage. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Survivors include his wife, Christine “Tina” Steiner of the home; his daughters, Kerstin Fisk and husband Evan of Los Angeles, California, Karissa Byler and husband Jacob of Osage Beach, Missouri and Courtney Steiner and fiancé Ross Bashinski of Fort Collins, Colorado; two granddaughters, Ella and Kara Byler; his father, Roman Steiner of Linn Creek, Missouri; his siblings, Hannah Chamberlain and husband Chris of Surprise, Arizona, Hardy Steiner and wife Isabel of London, Ontario and Mark Steiner and wife Debi of Linn Creek, Missouri.

Frank was raised in Longueil, Quebec and in 1972 his family moved to Holts Summit, Missouri and later to Camdenton, Missouri to have a better future. His life changed forever when he met his next-door neighbor, Tina. It was love at first sight for Tina, when she saw him come out of his driveway on his Suzuki motorcycle with his long dark flowing hair and dark tan. She was fifteen years old and he was eighteen. He graduated in the class of 1976 and worked with his friend Bill Smith restoring cars. He was a master mechanic and later worked for Hilltop Apco, Lakeside Auto and was still working for Stout Automotive at the time of his passing.

A Visitation will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, March 9, 2020 at the Heartland Worship Center in Camdenton, Missouri with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 3:00 PM. A Memorial Fund has been set up and donations may be left at the church.
