The Camden County Sheriff’s Office has ruled out foul play as a cause of death after a body was found in a heavily wooded area last week and reported to the sheriff’s department. At this time, the sheriff’s office has not released the name but did confirm the victim was a male. The body is believed to have been in the wooded area for several days. According to Sheriff Tony Helms the county has not scheduled an autopsy but will rely on toxicology reports to determine the cause of death. The sheriff’s office said there was nothing to indicate there was a crime committed.
