Donald D. Trandum, Sr. son of Clarence Melford and Lily Wayman Trandum, was born July 12, 1928, in Chicago, Illinois and departed this life July 9, 2019, in Stoutland, Missouri, at the age of ninety years.

Donald D. Trandum, Sr. son of Clarence Melford and Lily Wayman Trandum, was born July 12, 1928, in Chicago, Illinois and departed this life July 9, 2019, in Stoutland, Missouri, at the age of ninety years. He was united in marriage with Madelyn Adele Filliung on October 28, 1950.

He is survived by three sons, Donald Trandum, Jr. (Brenda) and Marcus Trandum of Montreal, Barton Trandum of Camdenton; two daughters, Dawn Henderson of Stoutland and Linda Rettig (Keith) of Fults, IL; eleven grandchildren; twenty four great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Madelyn Adele Trandum; one brother, Howard Trandum; one sister, June Sickle; a granddaughter, Tanya and her husband Jeff Borlase; and an infant great-granddaughter, Madelyn.

Celebration of Life Visitation will begin at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, September 7, 2019, at Shadels’ Colonial Chapel Family Center (1001 N. Lynn Lebanon, MO 65536)

There will be a burial at a later date in St. Joe, Illinois, with military rites provided. At his request, his body is to be cremated under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.
