The investigation was expanded when officers located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the residence and on the person of Keyser. As the investigation was conducted over the course of several hours, officers seized additional methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a 9 mm pistol from the residence. Three juvenile children were residing in the home and officers found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in a baby crib.

On May 2, 2019, deputies of the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation at a residence on Proctor Road in Gravois Mills. Deputies made contact with the occupants of the residence in an attempt to locate a felon with a warrant. Pursuant to the investigation, Myles Keyser, 32, of Gravois Mills, was located in the residence and taken into custody for an outstanding felony warrant from the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole.

The investigation was expanded when officers located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the residence and on the person of Keyser. As the investigation was conducted over the course of several hours, officers seized additional methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a 9 mm pistol from the residence. Three juvenile children were residing in the home and officers found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in a baby crib.

As a result of the investigation, six suspects were arrested and charged with multiple felony offenses in the Associate Circuit Court of Morgan County by the Morgan County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. The three juvenile children were taken from the residence and placed with the Missouri Division of Family Services.

Keyser was charged with three felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $20,000.

Tracie Huffman, 48, of Gravois Mills, was charged with three felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child, one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful use of a weapon. Her bond was set at $35,000.

Edward Miller, 22, of Gravois Mills, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $50,000.

Chase Randall, 29, of Rocky Mount, was charged with three felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $25,000.

Ricky Webb, 28, of Gravois Mills, was charged with three felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He did not have a bond set and was ordered held in custody for 48 hours before release.

Shyann Hayes, 22, of Gravois Mills, was charged with three felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of possession of a controlled substance. She did not have a bond set and was ordered held in custody for 48 hours before release.

This is an ongoing investigation and additional arrests are expected.
