The tool sets were provided through the Missouri Registered Apprenticeship Program (MORAP) grant.

Four adult students from Lake Career & Technical Center received their tool sets as part of their enrollment in the United States Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship program.  The tool sets were provided through the Missouri Registered Apprenticeship Program (MORAP) grant.  Mrs. Cynthia Walker, MORAP grant coordinator for both the Eldon Career Center and Lake Career & Technical Center worked with the Division of Workforce Development to secure funds for the adult apprentices tool kits.   The three adult marine apprentices are employed with Kelly’s Port, G & G Marina, and Deer Valley Marine.  The welding apprentice is employed with MetalTech.  Local business, O’Reilly Auto Parts, assisted in providing the tool boxes and tool sets.
