On Wed., Jan. 30 at 7:11 p.m. the 2005 Ford Freestyle Trantham was driving crossed the center of the road and struck the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado.

A Lake Ozark man was arrested for DWI-alcohol after an accident Wednesday night.

John Trantham, 72, of Lake Ozark, had minor injuries after an accident on Missouri 52 near Eldon Road in Miller County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) crash report. He was arrested later for DWI-alcohol, failure to maintain right half of road resulting in an accident and no insurance, according to the MSHP arrest report.

On Wed., Jan. 30 at 7:11 p.m. the 2005 Ford Freestyle Trantham was driving crossed the center of the road and struck the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado Jeremy Lattimer, 30, of Gravois Mills, was driving.

Both vehicles were totaled. The crash report indicated both drivers were wearing seat belts.

Trantham was arrested at 7:51 p.m., but was released for medical treatment, according to the arrest report.
