Logan reportedly started play “wrestling with the girls [Jackson's daughters] in a playful manner and it got out of hand.”

Play wrestling allegedly turned into a domestic assault early Sunday morning, and two were arrested.

According to court documents, Aaron Logan, 39, of Osage Beach and Heather Jackson, 38, of Camdenton were arrested after play wrestling went too far.

On Nov. 25, Jackson and her boyfriend Logan went to Jackson’s residence in Camdenton after celebrating her birthday, according to court documents. Logan reportedly started play “wrestling with the girls [Jackson’s daughters] in a playful manner and it got out of hand.” Jackson claimed someone hit her in the eye when she got in the middle of it.

The officer then talked to the daughters. They reportedly told the officer that Logan was playing with one of the daughters “when he suddenly threw her against the wall and started hitting her,” according to the documents. The other juveniles attempted to get Logan away from the child. Jackson allegedly started hitting and scratching the kids. The juveniles “stated at this point [Logan] started punching everyone,” the court document stated.

Logan was not at the residence when officers arrived. The kids were taken to their uncle’s house.

Jackson was charged with peace disturbance and two counts of domestic assault in the third degree. Her $2,000 bond was paid Thursday, Nov. 29, and she was released.

Logan was charged with third degree assault, fourth degree assault and two counts of first degree endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk. His bond was set at $100,000 surety or $10,000 cash.
