Eiberger was traveling northbound on Missouri 5 north of Spencer Creek Road when he lost control of the 2008 Toyota Camry he was driving on the wet pavement.

A Kansas City driver lost control of the vehicle he was driving and crossed the center line. He was struck by another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Max Eiberger, 19, of Kansas City, had moderate injuries after an accident on Missouri 5 Monday morning.

Eiberger was traveling northbound on Missouri 5 north of Spencer Creek Road when he lost control of the 2008 Toyota Camry he was driving on the wet pavement on Mon., Nov. 12 at 9:35 a.m. The Toyota crossed the center line and was struck by a 2016 Volvo tractor Jacek Kasprzycki, 61, of Ontario, Canada, was driving which was going southbound. Eiberger was transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital.

The Toyota was totaled and the Volvo had extensive damage.

The crash report indicated both drivers were wearing a seat belt.
