A Brumley man was in serious condition after a motor vehicle collision on Highway 42 Tuesday night.
Zachary C. Crowder, 26, was transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital with serious injuries from a crash 1.1 miles east of Bear Creek around 11:30 p.m. Oct. 23, 2018, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.
Crowder was the driver of a westbound 1998 Honda CRV that reportedly crossed the center line and struck an eastbound 1999 Dodge Caravan head-on.
The minivan was driven by Allen I. Howard, 35, of Brumley. Howard received injuries reported as moderate and was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital.
The report indicated both men were wearing seatbelts and both the SUV and minivan were totaled.
