A 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan traveling on Route D struck a 2000 Ford F-350 in the side after it had slowed for traffic about 0.4 mile north of Sims Road, according to the crash report.

A Versailles woman was injured in a two-vehicle collision Wednesday afternoon in northern Morgan County.

Heather L. Spurgeon, 32, received injuries described as moderate in the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report and was taken by ambulance to Capital Region for treatment.

Spurgeon was the driver of a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan traveling on Route D. Around 0.4 mile north of Sims Road the minivan struck a 2000 Ford F-350 in the side after it had slowed for traffic, according to the crash report.

The driver of the pickup truck - William B. Kirkham, 63, of Versailles - was uninjured.

The crash report indicated that Spurgeon was wearing a seatbelt. It is unknown if Kirkham was wearing a seatbelt.
