Became a master landscaper at the lake

Randy Kirk Shaw, 55 of Lake Ozark, MO passed away Sunday February 26, 2012.

Randy was born July 20, 1956 in St. Charles, LA.  The son of George and Berlene Shaw.  He graduated from Rayne (LA) High School in 1974. Randy then went to work for the United States Forrest Services until attending Louisiana State University in 1979 and 1980.  On May 15, 1981 Randy married Yolanda Lucas.  Randy then lived in Clovis, NM until 1991 when he moved to the Lake area. He then became a master landscaper working at various businesses until he found his loving work family at Saline Valley Ranch.

Randy was preceded in death by his mother, father and brother Craig Shaw. Survivors include his siblings Shirley Peterson, Mark Shaw, Brent Shaw all of Lafayette, LA and Danny Shaw of Harrison, AR.  Yolanda Shaw and their son Chance Shaw with wife April of Lake Ozark and daughter Jolie Haines with husband Tom of Lubbock, TX.  Grandchildren Treah and Isadora Shaw of Lake Ozark.  Cheyenne and Yancey Edmunds, Justin and Sarah Haines all of Lubbock, TX.

Randy was a Christian and member of First Family Church.  He was a loving father, grandfather and friend.  Randy enjoyed fishing and the outdoors.  He was an avid sports fan loyal to the St. Louis Cardinals, Dallas Cowboys and LSU Tigers.

There will be a celebration of Randy’s life held on Saturday March 3 at noon.  The celebration will be held at the Saline Valley Ranch, 131 Rock Hole Road, Eldon MO.
