Melissa D. Owsley was sentenced to 15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for the Class A Felony of Identity Theft and 15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for the Class B Felony of Stealing in Excess of $25,000. However, Judge Stan Moore retained jurisdiction of the case under RSMo 559.115 and ordered the defendant to attend the 120-day Shock Incarceration Program in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
