Melinda Ann "Minnow" Hicks-White, age 58, of Lake Ozark, passed away Friday, November 20 at her home in Lake Ozark.Minnow was born October 17, 1957 in Hot Springs, South Dakota, the daughter of Melvin and JoAnn (Jorden) Hicks.
