On Thursday, Forrest once again made his case this time to the Camden County commission to approve the rezoning so that the sale of the property could be executed, but Presiding Commissioner Greg Hasty and First District Commission Bev Thomas were worried about the contract falling through and creating a B-2 zoning for a residential property that doesn’t meet the ULC’s requirements and offers basically no parking.
