The boys’ tennis teams from Camdenton and School of the Osage were in tournament action Thursday and Friday for the Camdenton/Lebanon Tournament.
It was a tough pair of days for both teams as the Lakers finished 1-2 and Osage finished 0-3.
Camdenton topped Richland 6-3 in the opening match, but fell to eventual champion Kirksville 7-2 and Clinton 6-3. Meanwhile, Osage fell to Waynesville and Lebanon 7-2 and Willow Springs by a final score of 5-4. The Indians did have a couple of highlights though as Hunter Albers finished first in No. 4 singles while Tony Floyd took second in No. 5 singles.
Osage (0-5) was scheduled to host Richland on Monday and will visit Helias on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. Camdenton (1-5) was scheduled to host Bolivar on Monday before taking a trip to Richland on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
