Camdenton picked up another Ozark Conference win on Tuesday night as the Lakers cruised by Hillcrest with a 3-0 shutout.

Camdenton’s Aeryn Kennedy picked up two goals and Cordellia Dallam also found the back of the net. Meanwhile, goalkeeper Amber Wilson recorded another clean sheet and kept the Hornet offense at bay.

“It was a solid win. I told the girls that we just need to focus on our performance, not the result, and they performed well,” Camdenton coach Chris Byington said. “We controlled the game. However, we are never satisfied so we will continue to improve each day. We’re happy with the result, but never satisfied.”

Camdenton (2-5, 2-0 Ozark Conference) is scheduled to be in action at the Parkview Tournament on Friday and Saturday. The Lakers will return home to host Waynesville on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
