Camdenton takes down Lebanon

Camdenton hosted rival Lebanon Monday night and the Senior Night game went pretty well for the Lakers who topped the Yellowjackets 85-54.

Coley Rezabek put up 24 points, eight rebounds and four assists to lead Camdenton while Natalie Basham and Shelby Kurtz both finished with 16 and Abbie Miller recorded 12.

“It was a great win. I loved the energy that was in the gym,” Camdenton coach Staci Caffey said. “We had an amazing crowd, the band was awesome and the girls came out strong and ready to play.”

Camdenton (16-7, 7-2 Ozark Conference) will welcome Marshfield on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.

Osage drops game to California

Osage hosted California for Senior Night on Monday with first place in the Tri-County Conference on the line and the Pintos took away Osage’s hopes for a conference crown in a 73-64 win over the Indians.

Osage trailed by 10 after the first quarter and trailed by as many as 18 points before mounting a comeback effort that cut the deficit down to five in the fourth quarter. Unfortunately, time ran out on the Indians.

It was Senior Night for Rose Colonius, Maddie Henley and Kenzi King and Osage coach Scott Rowland said he wishes their night could have gone a little better.

"They have given a ton of effort and dedication to the Lady Indian program over the past several years. I wish that it could have gone differently for the three seniors who have given so much, but hopefully it will be another learning experience moving forward," he said.

 Kerrigan Gamm led Osage with 14 points, Carson Wood put up 12, King and Sara Wolf added 11 and Colonius recorded nine.

Osage (18-6, (4-2 Tri-County Conference will visit rival Eldon on Thursday at 6 p.m.

Eldon loses tough battle at Hallsville

Victory was within reach for Eldon in a trip to Hallsville on Monday, but the Mustangs could not bring it home in a 51-47 loss to the Indians.

Macie Halderman led Eldon with another double-double as she recorded 28 points and 13 rebounds while Haley Clifton, Kayleigh Fike and Camri Bond all finished with five points each.

Eldon (6-16, 1-4 Tri-County Conference) hosts rival Osage on Thursday at 6 p.m.
