Camdenton had no trouble securing a conference win over Parkview Monday night.

Leading just 2-0 after three innings, the Laker offense exploded with five runs in the fourth, three runs in the fifth and four more runs in the sixth to end it.

Shelby Webster led the Laker offense with four RBIs, which also included a home run. Haile Farris also smacked a ball over the wall and finished the day with three RBIs, Haley Wheat added two RBIs and Emma Uthe, Emma Rakes and Jillian Selander also brought in a run each. Overall, the Lakers collected 19 total hits on the day.

Rakes pitched all six innings for the Lakers allowing six hits while walking four batters and striking out another four respectively.

Camdenton improves to 17-8 with the win and 6-2 in the Ozark Conference. Up next is a trip to Joplin on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.
