Camdenton hosted Ozark Conference foe Hillcrest Thursday night and the Lakers added another win to their season total with a two-set win over the Hornets. Camdenton took game one 25-16 and won the second set 25-22.

Junior Natalie Basham had a big night above the net with a team-leading 15 kills and senior Kylie Meier put up eight kills to fuel the attack as well. Senior Madison VanderPloeg also did her part putting up 21 assists.

On the defensive end, Camdenton put up four total blocks as a team and Basham continued to be all over the court with 10 digs. Seniors Abbie Miller and Grace Wormek also kept points off the board with eight digs each while Meier and VanderPloeg recorded five digs each respectively.

Camdenton (8-12-1) will hit the road Tuesday night to face Hickman in Columbia. First serves are scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
