Through the first few innings the game could have gone either way when Osage hosted Vienna Thursday night. Then, the Indians ramped up the offense and went on to enjoy a 12-2 win.

Both sides were tied at 2-2 midway through the third inning, but the Indians added three runs in the bottom of the third, four more runs in the fourth and another three runs in the sixth to end it.

Osage totaled 13 hits as a team with Liberty Gamm, Payton Good, Paige Luttrell and Arianna Neal collecting multiple hits. Gamm paced the Indians with three RBIs while Luttrell, Aly Baker, Neal and Good posted two RBIs, which included a home run from Good respectively.

On the mound, pitcher Skyler Smith kept the visitors at bay with a six-inning performance that consisted of two runs, three hits, six strikeouts and one walk.

Osage (7-6) was scheduled to host Tuscumbia on Monday and will visit Iberia on Thursday at 5 p.m.
