Eldon’s Kassidy Hull earns match medalist
It was another good day for Eldon golf and especially a good day for Mustang freshman Kassidy Hull.
The Mustangs were in tournament action at Marshall on Tuesday where the team finished third in the final team standings with a score of 429. After helping Eldon place fourth in the Boonville Masters Tournament last Friday where Hull took third with teammate Bri Henderson, Hull topped the field on Tuesday and earned match medalist for the first time in her career with a round of 82.
“I could not be more proud of the girls and their grit to make it through these last tournaments,” Eldon coach Matt Frey stated. “They are playing some good golf and continue to lower their scores as the season goes. We have districts coming up at the end of the month and I hope to continue the trend they are setting.”
Eldon will be back in action Thursday night with a trip to Osage National to take on rival Osage at 4 p.m.
