Osage remains perfect for the season after toppling Waynesville 8-1 Tuesday night.

“While we have an undefeated record, there are many things the girls have been working on during practice,” Osage coach Brandy Hutzler said. “It was great to watch the girls put their practice into play. I’m proud of my team for acknowledging ways to improve and always looking forward to the next match.

Among the things Hutzler liked was her team’s cross court returns on serves to set up points to the team’s advantage and the volleys to help end points quicker. She also took some time to commend the teamwork of Natalie Brick and Kylie Misenheimer who won their doubles match 8-1.

The Indians improve 4-0 and will visit Father Tolton on Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
