Osage takes down Stover

Osage visited Stover Tuesday night and picked up the second straight two-set win. The Indians maintained their perfect record taking down the hosts 25-12 in both games.

Osage’s Kenzi King paced the attack with six kills and Karli Kempf kept the pressure up with 100 percent accuracy on her serves with three aces. In the season opener, Kempf was even more effective with perfect serves and nine aces.

Osage (2-0) will open up Tri-County Conference action with a trip to Blair Oaks on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.

Versailles opens season with win at Clinton

ersailles began its 2017 campaign at Clinton Tuesday night and picked up a two-set win by final scores of 25-20 and 25-16.

The Tigers (1-0) will look to maintain the momentum in the home opener against Tipton Thursday night at 5:30 p.m.
