It was a tough outing for School of the Osage Thursday night at Blair Oaks as the Indians were shutout 10-0 in six innings by the potential Tri-County Conference champions.

The Falcons, who remain undefeated in conference play, built an early 2-0 lead after the first inning and continued to watch it grow as the game went on. Meanwhile, the Indians offense was kept fairly quiet with the exception of two singles via the bat of Trey Rassenfoss and Dalton Depeé. Osage’s Dereck WIckham took the loss on the mound as the pitcher allowed eight runs on seven hits while walking six batters and striking out one in three-and-one-third innings of work.

Osage (4-11, 0-6 Tri-County Conference) will look to finish the regular season on a positive note when the Indians host Dixon on Monday in the home finale at 4:30 p.m
