Sidewalk as a major addition for the city of Laurie is is something to laugh about.

Late last year Dogwood Hills Golf Course (DHGC) closed its doors in favor of developing the property for commercial and residential use. As part of the development, DHGC has proposed a new road that would connect Nichols Road with Three Seasons Road.

It is my humble opinion that some blacks carry on their shoulder a persecution chip from the slavery days. The “some” are just waiting for someone to knock the chip off.

Well, Christmas sales are great. Saturday after Christmas was bigger than Black Friday, so things have been going along very well.

Most people in the Lake of the Ozarks area have heard of dyslexia, a neurological disorder characterized by reading and word recognition difficulties. Some may even know someone who has dyslexia.

I have had two very unique and moving events occur in my life over the last five weeks. On Nov. 11, I was honored to be able to attend the Veterans Day Assembly at Camdenton High School.
