They could use a defibrillator that one day could end up saving a life. That is PRICELESS.

I would like to see the communities organize a fund raising to purchase a defibrillator for our Tri County YMCA.

This is the time of giving and the lake area communities are so great at helping those in need not only during the holiday season but year a round. Not only does the YMCA provide a place for the children and parents in the tri county to participate in so many different activities but at Christmas they provide the tree with candy canes so that people can take one and provide gifts for needy children.

They could use a defibrillator that one day could end up saving a life. That is PRICELESS.

We should be able to purchase a defibrillator for under $2,500 from what I can find out and I am sure our local hospital and fire departments could help find a good one. If 100 people reached into their pockets for $25 each; problem solved.

One life saved would more than pay a thousand times over; heaven forbid it would have to be used. I have no problem starting the ball rolling for a potential life saving piece of equipment for our YMCA. Hope everyone has a wonderful and joyous holiday season.
