As a university facility, this will be a regional center, making it an economic driver for the city as well as an opportunity and convenience for local potential and current responders.

the announcement that the old Majestic Pointe condominium building will soon be remodeled and completed into the luxury high-rise residential facility, Cypress at the Lake. It was controversial going on, but at this point, it is past time to make lemonade out of this lemon. We’re glad to see someone make the building into an asset instead of the eyesore it has been.
