the vandals in Camden County who just can't help themselves - despite the risk of getting caught - from their random late-night rounds stealing road signs. It's the taxpayers footing the bill for their entertainment. Not only does it cost money to replace the signs but it costs emergency personnel time when responding to a call in unfamiliar parts of the county.
