On April 11, 2017, I decided to walk to the library. I remember walking there however I don’t remember leaving there. I walked out somewhere on the library grounds and completely passed out.

Since the age of 15 I have had a very low heart rate. This could never be explained. I kept having black out issues which also could never be explained.

I would like to thank the people who have helped me with these and other issues over the years, Dawne Baker, Stephanie Enoch and Tara Koehler.

Jeff Thompson and Jason Combs found me there and contacted Stephanie ohh told them to contact the ambulance and paramedics. They did this. The Camdenton police, Camden County sheriff’s deputies, firefighters, first responders and an ambulance crew all showed up.

I would like to thank all of them.

I would like to thank my primary care doctor Dr. Julia McNabb in Memphis, Mo.

I would like to thank Crystal Brown and Amy Blake who got me back into Pathways with Stephanie. I would like to thank Karen from the Camdenton Library who helped me with all of this.

Last I would like to thank Lake Sun for printing this so the Lake area can know that there is caring people out there that will help in the time of need.
