Sara Elizabeth Walker, age 85, of Camdenton, Missouri, departed this life on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Windsor Estates Care Center in Camdenton, Missouri.

Sara was born December 12, 1926 in Camdenton, Missouri, the daughter of Fred J. and Zella (Rucker) Webster.

Sara was a loving mother who devoted her life to making a wonderful home for her family and friends.  In her spare time, she enjoyed playing Wahoo and Pitch and doing word search.  Sara loved gardening as well, and her dog, Beau, was a very important part of her life; but more than anything, she loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. Sara was a loving mother and grandmother and a caring neighbor and friend who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sara is survived by four sons, Lynn McGuire of Caney, Kansas, Leonard McGuire of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Lexal McGuire of Tipton, Arizona and Lemuel McGuire of Coyle, Oklahoma; three daughters, Ardith Kay Meredith of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Colletta Sue Ramos of Montreal, Missouri and Shirley Cartwright of Camdenton, Missouri; two brothers, Sam Webster of Seymor, Missouri and Fred Webster of Grove Springs, Missouri; four sisters, Daisy Bell of Camdenton, Missouri, Bertha Marie Kinney of Camdenton, Missouri, Norma Meeks of Camdenton, Missouri and Peggie Morris of Grand Prairie, Texas; 34 grandchildren; 81 great-grandchildren as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Sara was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Leo Webster and Emmitt Webster; two sisters, Syble Sullen and Mary McGuire; one son, Lloyd McGuire; two grandchildren, Jeffery Cartwright and Lexal Don Bonner and two great-grandchildren, Jessica Thompkins and Brody Cornett.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 28, 2012 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri. 

Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Camdenton, Missouri.
