MoDOT says it doesn’t know how long it will take to get signs up alerting motorists on the new Route 5 they are passing Camdenton.
Visitors driving north or southbound on the new section of Route 5 may not know they’ve reached Camdenton until they’ve passed it, but the Missouri Department of Transportation doesn’t plan on keeping things that way for long.
“We’ve agreed to put up signs that say, ‘Camdenton, next three exits,’” said MoDOT Area Engineer Bob Lynch.
Lynch said MoDOT isn’t sure when additional signs will be erected. “We are going to put them up,” he said. “I don’t know how soon.”
