Citizens Against Domestic Violence/Victim Outreach Center is a not-for-profit shelter and outreach center serving domestic and sexual violence victims in Camden, Miller and Morgan counties. In addition to safe emergency shelter, CADV/VOC provides a variety of other supportive services - a 24-hour hotline, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, on-site hospital advocacy, legal advocacy and more.
In order to provide all of these programs, they need the help of volunteers. CADV/VOC will be hosting a Volunteer Open House 4-7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6 at the shelter in Camdenton. Learn about ways that you can help by giving your time, skill and compassion. Staff and current volunteers will be on hand to discuss programs, requirements, volunteer experiences, and any questions you might want answered before you make a commitment to serve.
