Q Where did you work before Lake Ozark?
A City of Hiawatha, Iowa
Q Why did you accept the position?
A This position offers me the opportunity to apply my skills and abilities to facilitate the ongoing maintenance, development and sustainability of the community.
Q What kind of experience do you bring?
A 20 plus years of local government service with the last 8 years as a City Administrator.
Q What do you think will be the biggest challenges starting off?
A Developing open, honest relationships with the residents, employees and public officials.
Q What do you do in your off time?
A Read books, go for walks with my wife and listen to audio books.
Q Where did you grow up?
A Somewhere between Iowa and California. (Of course my wife says I haven’t grown up yet)
Q When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A I’m pretty sure it was to be an astronaut, but then I realized I don’t like heights!
