A fugitive wanted by  Camden County authorities on seven felony warrants for sexual abuse crimes has been taken into custody in Hot Springs, Ark.
Larry Anthony Arbuckle, 50, has been on the run since October 2009.
The Camden County Sheriff’s Office announced on Wednesday that Larry A. Arbuckle, 50, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was taken into custody Tuesday night by the Hot Springs Police Department. 
Police in Hot Springs had developed information that Arbuckle was staying in the area. Police did not elaborate on what led to his arrest.
Arbuckle will be held in hot Springs for an extradition hearing for transfer back to Missouri.
According to the sheriff’s department, if Arbuckle fights it, they will have to get a governor’s warrant which typically takes about 45 days.  If he waives extradition, he will be returned to Missouri within a short period of time.
Arbuckle was wanted on felony warrants charging him with 2 counts of Statutory Sodomy, 1 count of Child Molestation 1st Degree, 1 count of Forcible Rape, 1 count of Sexual Assault, 1 count of Deviate Sexual Assault, and 1 count of Forcible Sodomy. 
The charges stem from an investigation beginning in 2009, by the Camden County Sheriff’s Office.
Arbuckle’s alleged victims are a 27-year-old mentally-handicapped woman and her 2-year-old son.
A truck driver, Arbuckle is said to have lived in Sunrise Beach, Poplar Bluff, Edmonds, Okla., and Shreveport, La. and has family in Missouri and Arkansas.
He was recently featured on “America’s Most Wanted”.
In recent weeks,  the Camden County Sheriff’s Office, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Poplar Bluff  Police Department,  the United States Marshals Service, the Arkansas State Police, the Garland County, Arkansas Sheriff’s Office, the Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas Police Department, Hot Springs Police Department, the Oklahoma State Fusion Center, the Missouri Information and Analysis Center, and the nationally televised America’s Most Wanted, were all involved in searching for and attempting to apprehend Arbuckle.
