Camden County Sherrif’s Department deputies reportedly responded to gun shots and property damage at a residence on Long Range Dr in Richland on August 29.

 Camden County Sherrif’s Department deputies reportedly responded to gun shots and property damage at a residence on Long Range Dr in Richland on August 29. A white Dodge van and an older model blue or grey Ford truck were identified as suspect vehicles. 

While speaking with victims in the area, they were approached by one of the suspects on foot, John Urban, 37 from Brumley. The white Dodge van was stopped in the area of the vehicle owner’s residence and was being driven by Amy Harsh, 40 of Rolland. 

Both Urban and Harsh were taken into custody. While in custody, Urban spit on a deputy and was charged with 4th Degree Assault. Harsh was charged with Driving without a License and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Urban is being held on a $50,000 cash only bond.  An investigation continues with regard to the number of victims and damage amounts as well as others who were involved in the incident..
