Dustin G. Dunklee, Morgan County Prosecuting Attorney, announces that in Morgan County Circuit Court action in August 2018, 13 offenders were sentenced to terms of imprisonment in the Department of Corrections. These cases were prosecuted by Dunklee and Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Douglas Kinde and Derik Kinde, through the efforts of Dunklee’s staff members and the professional investigations of all law enforcement agencies involved.

1. Linda Dinwiddie – Sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Corrections (DOC) for the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Persistent Drug Offender - under RSMo 559.115 with preference for the 120 day Institutional Treatment Center program. 

2. Justin Landreth - Sentenced to 7 years in DOC for the Class E Felony of Domestic Assault – Prior and Persistent Felony Offender & Prior Assault Offender – under RSMo 559.115 with preference for the 120 day Institutional Treatment Center program. 

3. Chris D. Pollard – Sentenced to 4 years in DOC for the Class E Felony of Driving While Revoked.

4. Danny R. Ramsey, Jr. - Sentenced to 5 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Domestic Assault 2nd Degree.

5. Mark A. Kincaid – Sentenced to 7 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance and 7 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance under RSMo 559.115 with preference for the 120 day Institutional Treatment Center program. 

6. Paul D. Parker - Sentenced to 4 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Fail to Register as a Sex Offender.

7. Jerry J. Sondrini – Sentenced to 8 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Prior and Persistent Drug Offender - under RSMo 217.362 the Long Term Institutional Treatment. 

8. Anthony M. Scott – Sentenced to 7 years in DOC for the Class E Felony of Resisting Arrest - under RSMo 217.362 the Long Term Institutional Treatment. 

9. Stacey M. Richardet – Sentenced to 7 years in DOC for the Class C Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance and two 7 year sentences in DOC for two counts of the Class C Felony of Endangering the Welfare of a Child under RSMO 559.115, preference for the 120 day shock program. 

10. Melissa B. Smiley – Sentenced to 7 years in DOC for the Class C Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance under RSMo 559.115 with preference for the 120 day Institutional Treatment Center program.

11. Daken P. Carstensen – Sentenced to two 7 year terms in DOC for two counts of the Class C Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance and 7 years in DOC for the Class C Felony of Receiving Stolen Property under RSMo 559.115 with preference for the 120 day shock program.

12. Derek J. Ferrin – Sentenced to 4 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of DWI, 7 years in DOC for the Class C Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance and 7 years in DOC for the Class C Felony of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

13. Nathan B. Knight – Sentenced to 5 years in DOC for the Class C Felony of Forgery under RSMo 559.115 with preference for the 120 day Institutional Treatment Center program.
