A ribbon cutting was recently held for the newly opened Big Country Bed and Breakfast located off Route O at 31358 Aqua Vita Road in Laurie. Almost 20 years ago Tim and Angie Seaton visited their first Bed and Breakfast. Angie fell in love with the concept of the B&B experience and had a dream to someday operate her own.
In the Spring of 2014 they bought "the big cedar house" on O Road as everyone knows it, and four years later opened the doors to Big Country Bed and Breakfast. The property and home are managed by Tim and Angie and Angie's mother Diana who all live onsite. The Seatons want Big Country Bed and Breakfast to feel like “home-away-from-home” for their guests.
New comfortable beds and linens, spacious private bathrooms, relaxing country atmosphere, a large hot breakfast and fresh baked cookies are just a few of the amenities guests can expect.
