Four exhibits will be featured in the Hannibal Arts Council (HAC) galleries from Friday, July 13 through Saturday, Aug. 4.

Four exhibits will be featured in the Hannibal Arts Council (HAC) galleries from Friday, July 13 through Saturday, Aug. 4.

The exhibits are Enduring Images: Osage Photographic Portraiture, a traveling exhibit in partnership with the Osage Nation Museum from Pawhuska, Okla.; as well as an invitational exhibit featuring art quilts by New London artist Linda Muehring; acrylic pour paintings by Quincy artist Nick Sorrill; and sculpted and thrown ceramics by Green Castle artist Jeanne Scott-Zumwalt.

Other featured exhibits are an open exhibit by area artists titled Impress Me and the Photography Channel will feature Signs — neon, street and business.

An Opening Reception will be hosted from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 13 at the Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S Main St. The reception is being hosted by HERS Investment Club, with featured beverages from Golden Eagle Distributing. The exhibits are being sponsored by Kyle Mack, Rita Plowman, Milly’s Abby Rose Gallery, the Hannibal Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Missouri Arts Council.

HAC gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Wednesday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays. The HAC gallery is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays.
