Multiple area residents were injured in a collision between a car and van Tuesday afternoon in Morgan County.
Vanessa D. Stefford received injuries described as moderate in the Missouri State Highway Patrol report. The 20-year-old Versailles woman was taken by ambulance to SSM Health in Jefferson City for treatment.
Receiving injuries described as minor were Matthew E. Forsythe, 21, of Versailles and Pamela A. Kiesling, 58, of California, Missouri. Forsythe was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional. Kiesling was taken to an unknown hospital by private conveyance, the report stated.
Two-year-old Avery H. Forsythe of Versailles did not appear to be injured but was taken by ambulance to SSM Health.
The Forsythes and Stefford were all in a 1999 Chrysler 300 driven by Matthew.
Pamela Kiesling was the driver of a 2016 Ram van.
According to the crash report, the eastbound Chrysler 300 crossed into the westbound lane of Seals Road, southeast of Versailles, around 2:15 p.m. June 19, 2018. The car struck the van head on about two-tenths of a mile west of Scenic Ridge.
The report indicates Matthew Forsythe and Vanessa Stefford were not wearing seatbelts. The toddler was listed secured in a car seat. Kiesling was wearing a seatbelt.
