The following is a listing of general highway maintenance and construction work in the mid-Missouri area for the two-week period of June 4 - 15, 2018.  Weather conditions may postpone the work schedule. Many projects will include lane closures that could cause delays.

MoDOT reminds motorists to buckle up, slow down, follow posted signs and drive safely through work areas.  

All Counties

Daylight Hours

Mowing, striping, brush cutting and guardrail repair continue in various locations.  Motorists should travel with care and be alert to slow-moving equipment along the road.

Camden County

Daylight/Overnight Hours

Route 54 Outer Road over Linn Creek – Bridge replacement continues. One eastbound lane will be open through the work area. 

* Westbound motorists will need to use the U.S. Route 54 crossover to connect with the Route 54 east crossover to travel east across the Outer Road bridge. The project is scheduled for completion in July. 

Route 5 between Route 7 and the Niangua River – Roadway resurfacing continues. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in November.

Route A between Route 54 and Route 7 – Culvert pipe repair will take place Monday, June 4 through Thursday, June 14. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area

Route NN between Route 7 and Bannister Hollow Road – Culvert pipe repair will take place Monday, June 4 through Thursday, June 14. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area 

Miller County

Daylight Hours

Route 42 between Route 17 and Route 63 in Maries County – Roadway resurfacing, shoulder addition, and guardrail installation continue.

* Crews will pave asphalt the week of June 4. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in November.

Route BB between Route 42 and Route 133 in Maries County – Pavement patching will take place Monday, June 4 through Thursday, June 14. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
