Two Crocker residents were injured in a one-vehicle wreck Saturday night in Miller County in which the driver was also arrested.
Passenger April M. Hamm received injuries described as moderate in the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report. The 28-year-old woman was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.
The driver was Craig B. Danielson. The 31-year-old man received injuries described as minor. He refused treatment on scene and was taken to the Miller County Adult Detention Center after being arrested by a state trooper for felony driving while intoxicated - physical injury.
The crash occurred shortly before 11:30 p.m. May 12, according to the crash report, and Danielson was arrested at 1:30 a.m. May 13, according to MSHP online arrest reports.
The crash occurred on eastbound Highway 42, about one-half mile east of Hawkin Cemetery Road. The MSHP report states that the driver lost control of the 2002 Dodge Ram he was driving and went off the right side of the roadway. The pickup struck a fence.
Neither the driver nor the passenger were wearing seatbelts, according to the crash report. The pickup was described as totaled and was towed from the scene.
