An Iowa man was injured during a docking incident on Lake of the Ozarks earlier this week.
Mark H. Goos, 67, of Gladbrook, Iowa received injuries described as moderate in the Missouri State Highway Patrol incident report. He was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital following the incident at the 1 mile mark of the Linn Creek Arm at 7:15 p.m. April 10, 2018.
According to the report, Goos was a passenger in a 2009 Cobalt that was making a docking maneuver when he stepped out onto the dock, fell and was injured.
The operator of the vessel was Douglas C. Kruse, 66, of Camdenton. Kruse was arrested for boating while intoxicated by a responding state marine trooper at 8:10 p.m.
